Next / From map to execution
Directional creative. Execution follows feasibility.
Everything in this document is indicative of intent, not a locked execution. The canvases are chosen because they are culturally right for each city; the final formats, sites, sizes and scale will be arrived at through site surveys, statutory approvals and vendor partnerships, city by city. Where a canvas proves unviable, the cultural idea holds and the format changes.
Stage 01
Feasibility and permissions
Site recce and viability assessment per city, followed by approvals from the relevant authority — railway divisions, municipal corporations, traffic and heritage cells, port and ferry operators, market and shopkeeper associations. Each canvas carries a primary site and a costed fallback.
Stage 02
Vendor and partner alignment
Onboarding of OOH, transit, ambient and local activation partners in each market. Inventory availability, production specification, installation windows, maintenance and takedown are locked contractually before any creative is committed to print.
Stage 03
Creative adaptation and phased rollout
Question sets written per city and per format, then adapted to the approved surface and its viewing distance. Phased go-live by tier, with a capture crew per cluster so the takeover generates the film that carries it further.
